1. What is DashCare?
DashCare is an iOS app that helps you track your diabetes supplies (insulin, pods, sensors), manage inventory, receive alerts, and sync your data securely with iCloud.
2. How do I update my inventory?
You can update your inventory at any time from the main dashboard or by relaunching the onboarding wizard from the app menu.
3. How does iCloud sync work?
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, DashCare will automatically sync your inventory data across all your devices using your private iCloud account.
No data is ever sent to our servers.
4. Why am I not receiving notifications?
Make sure notifications are enabled in both DashCare’s settings and your device’s system settings.
Go to Settings > Notifications > DashCare and ensure “Allow Notifications” is turned on.
5. Is my data private?
Yes! All your data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud account. DashCare does not collect or share your data.
